We have travelled across Indonesia, often staying with local hosts ourselves. Those journeys taught us that comfort is not only a good bed—it is clear information, friendly help and someone who understands the road ahead.
Together with our team, we created Pondok Is Oke as a quiet place to rest before or after Mount Ijen, with practical support when guests need transport, food or local guidance.
